Now the next advanced exercise is called “Forward-Stroking.” This is one of the most important exercises
that skater practices everyday. We’re going to keep the arms straight as always, head
up and now we’re going to sit down on both knees we’re going to push, extend our free
leg in the back and keep the skating leg bended. And hold, and hold. Now this exercise is very
important because it teaches us the balance of skating on one foot. It teaches us how
to hold the free leg position up too, which is very important after we’ve completed
