HOW TO SWITCH CORK ON SKIS | BEHIND THE SCENES

Hey guys I thought I would show you what I’ve
been up to today. I’ve been riding and filming some, wasn’t
really planning on doing anything special really. Dude what should I do? Switch cork 7 blunt. Ehhh I can do nose. Yea I know how to do switch cork nose but
tail! I always wanted to do, but didn’t really know
how to. Now do the blunt! I have never done a switch cork with a tail
grab. So I was dropping in pretty stoked cause I
alway wanted to learn how to do a good switch cork with a tail grab. But it didn’t feel natural to tweak that way
to me. And damn I was pretty stoked it worked on
the first try. Switch cork 7 tail is yea fun! Just gotta cork it a little bit more and I
think it’s a new trick in the bag. And what do you think? Yea it was awesome. Then full of myself I went up to do it again. I did a switch 5 so it wasn’t quite what I
was hoping for. Then after that it got a little better but
it looked like this and then it looked like this and if that wasn’t sketchy enough it
looked like this. Naaaarly! Oh that was so close. Sorry that was my fault. Nah let’s hug it out. So that what can happen when you get a little
to full of yourself but if you are committed and keep trying I’m sure you can work any,
any problem with your skiing out. It took several attempts after my successful
first attempt to make it look decent. Now when I have looked at it, I have seen
that I’m sending (leaning) the head to much towards the side. Making me cork out too fast and making me
look all sketchy in the air. If I had sent it more towards the noses I
would have corked out slower and it would have been a lot more fun. I hope you enjoyed this quick video and I
hope you will stomp some nice tricks soon!
