Iceland – Viking Horse-Riding and Blue Lagoon Tour

(upbeat music) – Today I’m gonna learn
to tolt on a viking horse before relaxing in the geothermal waters of the Blue Lagoon. I am saddled up and ready to go. There’s such a contrast
of scenery out here. There’s these purple
flowers, all this greenery. And then in the distance
there’s these mountains capped in snow. This special breed is unique to Iceland. The horses are stockier, shaggier, more even tempered, and perfectly adapted to the challenging climate and terrain. What an incredible experience riding these Icelandic horses through
the beautiful countryside. We’ve just arrived at the Blue Lagoon. The view is stunning, and
I can’t wait to get in. I could spend all day in here. It’s so relaxing. Not only is the color
of the waters beautiful, you’re surrounded by these lava rocks, and the steam in the distance. It’s like you’re on another planet. There’s so many different
parts of the Blue Lagoon. There’s waterfalls, bridges,
and there’s even a bar area. So refreshing. You can soak, you can swim, you can get in water massage treatments. And included with your admission is the silicon mud masks. Apply it firm. Little bit. Wait 10 minutes, and then
you have brand new skin. (screams and laughs) This has been a surreal experience. I feel like a new person, brand new skin. What a way to conclude the day. (bright music)
