You’re probably wondering why there’s
two guys from atlanta writing mules around the Grand Canyon. It’s probably best if we take it from the top. My name is Rehan Hamrani. Just about a year ago, I was on a work trip to Denver, Colorado. Something was just telling me that I have to really go out and explore. Do something different. I decided that I’m gonna take a hike. Get on the Rockies. I left all digital things behind. I just let everything go. It reminded me that you have to really
get out and enjoy with the world has to offer. I want to pay his experience forward to Stephen. I just want to let know that, you know, right now is the time to give back to the adventures of life and wake him up a little bit. When Reh called me, I was excited. I’ve never been to the Grand Canyon, nor ever ridden on a mule. I’m really excited to be here with
Rehan. He’s a very big inspiration in my life, so for him to actually be out here, inspiring me to step outside of my comfort zone, it’s gonna be cool. En route to the Grand Canyon. The
momentum, the excitement is just building up. I have high expectations. I want to see
some amazing landscapes and just feel connected to nature. We are here. Woo! Wow. Incredible. It’s all mules from here on out. Troop 1, y’all ready for a mule ride? How’s it lookin’ up there, Reh? Amazing. Check out those views! I’d like to personally welcome you all to
my home, the Grand Canyon. You’ll see those wavy hills out there, the palisades of the desert. I feel like I was watching a nature show. It was cool to learn all about the history of the Grand Canyon. It was incredible. Just being out here, feeling the wind on my face, the energy of the Grand Canyon. There’s a certain mystery that I think lives out here and I think I feel like I grasp that. This has been one of the most exhilarating experiences I’ve had in a long time. We have taken some trips together, but this has to be the most life-changing, most inspirational one I’ve been on so far. I look forward to paying it forward to somebody else that needs to pause on the day-to-day and take time for exploration.
